Discovering My Passion for Working with Children, Youth and the Community at Project Transformation

Ben Mann, Site Coordinator at Casa Linda

Day 297. . . I am still here. As I sit here and ponder the past few weeks, I think back to training for the After-School Program at Project Transformation and how long ago that was. It seems like yesterday I was moving to Oak Cliff for the year-round program.

This year has been an incredible experience for me. I learned so much about my leadership potential and how it will help me on my way to seminary in the near future. Project Transformation has helped me discover my passion for working with children and youth and ministry with the community. I know for many years to come I will serve with Project Transformation in various ways. Though my term will be over in August I know that Project Transformation will always be in my heart. I look forward to the rest of the summer with my incredible team and these amazing kids at Casa Linda United Methodist Church!
